One dusty red alpine evening we were left with a surplus of milk powder and some left over rice from our tasty thai red curry. A bowl full of tiny blueberries had been painstakingly picked from an unripe crop.
Coulis – heat the blueberries in a tiny bit of water until they burst, erupting flavour into what will become a thick syrup.
Rice pudding – cook the rice in overmilky milk. add a bit of coulis and something sweet. we added marzipan
Layer how you please, and throw some fresh blueberries on top
